Hardware requirements
- Operating System: Windows Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025
- Processor: Minimum 8 Cores or above
- RAM: 16 GB or above
- Disk Space: Free space depends on the database size. SSD or NVMe storage is strongly recommended for optimal performance. HDD is not recommended as it is outdated and significantly slower.
- Display Resolution: 1024 × 768 pixels or higher
- Internet: High-speed Internet connection
- Static Public IP: Recommended
- System Architecture: 32-bit & 64-bit Windows both supported
- Supported Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (limited support)
- Firewall Requirement: Port 443 TCP outbound. It is almost always open on workstations but may be closed on servers.
Note:
- Hardware depends on database size as well.
- For client machines, Windows 10 or above.
